Apply for casual or medical leave and track your approval status using your IIT Mandi Google account.

Only @students.iitmandi.ac.in and @iitmandi.ac.in accounts are accepted. New users are registered on first sign-in.

How it works

• Up to 15 leave days per semester (Jan–Jun, Jul–Dec), tracked automatically.
• Submit an application with dates, reason and, for medical leave, a proof upload.
• Your supervisor and the HoD receive an e-mail link to approve or reject.
• You are notified by e-mail once a decision is made.
